Thomas M. Larned is the President and Co-Founder of EdgePoint Integrity Services. He is also the President/CEO of The Justice Group which has provided program integrity solutions to healthcare industry clients since 2018.

Mr. Larned served as a member of the Senior Executive Service for the Federal Bureau of Investigations for 24 years. He built and led both criminal and national security task forces within the Bureau. He was also the lead investigator for complex national scale investigations of fraud, waste, and abuse in the healthcare industry.

He served during Operation Iraqi Freedom as the personal representative of the FBI Director in Iraq and Canada where he oversaw all FBI operations and personnel.

Earlier, Mr. Larned was the Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Boston field office where he led all criminal investigations and crisis management components.

Upon retiring, he joined a national law firm’s healthcare compliance group. He conducted comprehensive audits and investigations, implemented risk management solutions, training and monitoring to detect and prevent fraud, waste, and abuse. He provided counsel and recommendations to Compliance Officers, Special Investigations Units, General Counsels, Executives and Directors.

Mr. Larned received the Council of Inspectors General Award for Excellence in 2012, and was awarded the United States Attorney’s Law Enforcement Officer of the Year on three occasions.

He is licensed to practice law in Florida, Massachusetts, and Washington DC.
